The Chadstone Hotel

Development is a key element of Chadstone’s masterplan. This Hotel will manage 250-room luxury hotel under its MGallery by Sofitel brand, which will become part of a world-class shopping, dining and entertainment destination.

Designed by leading Melbourne-based architects, Bates Smart, it will be the first hotel to target a 5 Star Green Star rating using the new generation Green Star – Design/As Built v1.1 rating tool.

The 12 level hotel features health and wellness facilities, including a day spa, gymnasium and rooftop infinity swimming pool, plus two restaurants, lounge bar, and a ballroom capable of hosting functions for up to 400 people.

In Southbank is 23 Storey with spacious 345 hotel Rooms. he extensive mixed-use development also offers ground floor retail, 3 levels of above ground parking and 3 levels of offices.  An internal, plant and art filled laneway connects the City Road project through to Fawkner Street at the rear.
It has Public car park on levels 1-3, “Great Room” hotel lobby on level 7 with landscaped winter garden and hotel guest rooms from Level 8-22.
